The Org Change Training Deck will help your team explore the concept of change and why it can be so difficult to transform an educational culture. Use this as an activity to jumpstart a conversation about how you can make equity-based changes that will increase inclusion on your campus. You'll get two different activity formats to facilitate a conversation about change. 20 questions about the process of change can be used with dyads, small groups or a large group discussion. Take these questions and apply campus examples to fortify an understanding of the process of change. 20 scenario cards provide equity based examples of how you can increase inclusion. For example, Your academic department requires a high GPA for admission to the program. You’ve noticed that using this qualifier often yields a homogenous class. A mixed method of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods might help diversify the student composition. What is the best way to help your colleagues consider this idea? Who might resist it? What can you do to encourage adopting this new admission practice? Use this transformative deck to help your team think more intentionally about equity and change.
